Who runs this site

Layerify is made by Peakz. The seller is [LLC name and address, to be added]. Questions about your data: Discord peakz9155, or [email, to be added].

When you buy

We ask for your email, your name and your country. We use them to deliver your download, send your receipt, give you access to updates, and calculate tax where it applies. We do not use them for marketing unless you agree to it separately.

Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Your card or PayPal details go straight to them; we never see or store your card number. Their own privacy policies apply to what they process.

When you open a support ticket

We store your email, what you write, the Support Info you paste and any files or links you add, only to answer your ticket. Tickets are handled in our helpdesk on this site; new-ticket alerts may reach Peakz through a private Discord channel. Unsent text in the form stays in your browser until you send it or clear it. Ask us to delete a ticket at any time.

When you browse

The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Nothing is sent to us for that, and it contains no personal data.

The demo video is hosted on YouTube. It only loads when you press Watch demo, through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. After that, Google’s privacy policy applies to the video.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. [Exact period to be added.]
